We have in-house fully qualified health and safety professionals who are able to take on the role of CDM Advisor on projects. We pride ourselves on being pro-active and forthright with regards to health and safety – always aiming to protect the Clients position. We are confident in identifying and resolving health and safety issues throughout design, tender and construction.

Having a thorough understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we ensure the collation, review and issue of the pre-construction information pack, health and safety file and operation and maintenance manuals.
Ensuring co-operation, co-ordination and communication from the onset of projects encourages a good health and safety culture among the Client, design and contracting teams.

 Undertaking CDM workshops and training where required and providing competence assessments to assist the Client and designer duty holders in fulfilling their responsibilities.
