As both project managers and specialist contractors we are uniquely placed to offer Clients a single point of responsibility for the delivery of construction projects. We specialise in complex one off projects and repeat commissions where we can take a basic set of project requirements and develop the brief alongside the Client. 

With our expert knowledge of the project and sound contracting experience we are then able to enter into a Design & Build contract with the Client and deliver schemes using a series of specially selected sub-contractors without the risk and cost sometimes associated with an open tender.
